Cancellation Policy

If you provide Premier IV Hydration & Wellness with 24 hours’ notice or more you are welcome to reschedule your appointment or cancel your appointment.
- If you call within 24 hours you can reschedule within the same week. Medical Practitioner put a NOTE on the rescheduled appointment stating that it is a “rescheduled appointment”.

If you don’t call to cancel or reschedule your CC will be charged for the appointment.
- Medical Practitioner will call the customer right after the missed appointment. Prior to charging the card and leave a voicemail or a text with the following message: “ Sorry we missed you for your IV Vitamin appointment today. You can still call and reschedule before the end of the day. If we don’t hear from you we will charge your CC for the missed appointment. We look forward to talking with you soon. “
If the client calls an hour before arriving to reschedule, and we have made the bag, we will charge cost for the drip.
